Full payment is made at the time of car rental, along with the deposit amount which is refundable upon return of the car.
I have taken care of all aspects of the company while taking over the vehicle. And I videoed the entire car inside and out.
I undertake to return the vehicle on time and if I fail to return the vehicle on time, I agree to pay additional charges by the company.
If any damage or accident occurs during my possession of the vehicle, I agree to bear all expenses for repairing or denting the painting after verification by the company.
I also promise that I will not smoke inside the car.
I will refrain from using the vehicle for any type of criminal activity. If I am involved in any criminal activity then I am responsible for it.
The vehicle will be under continuous monitoring by the organization and I have no objection and I agree to provide all my information to law enforcement for any legal requirement.
I shall be liable to pay immediately the amount equivalent to the case if the vehicle is liable to suit due to my driving mistake or violation of traffic rules. However, if there is a case related to the vehicle’s fitness or papers, then it will be borne by the given organization.
If more than 3 hours have passed than the time of returning the car, I will be obliged to pay an additional fee equal to a full day’s rent.
I agree to refill the same amount of fuel or gas that was at the time of receiving the car. Otherwise I will pay the equivalent in cash.

I have read and discussed the terms and agreed to all the terms and signed this agreement. I hope all things will be done very nicely. All my personal information is inserted on the invoice page. And I certify that all information is correct.
